From the very beginning, the team at Avail Weddings ensured every detail was thoughtfully handled. Their seamless planning (and officiating!) allowed the couple to be fully present, soaking in every meaningful moment from the walk down the aisle to the last dance of the night.

Florals by Stargazers Designs brought vibrant color and texture to the ceremony and reception spaces, complementing the natural beauty of Nantahala in June. The bridal look was beautifully styled by Bella Color Studio, creating a soft, timeless glow that photographed perfectly in the mountain light.

Guests enjoyed incredible cuisine by Tracey Passmore, who also hosted a delicious rehearsal dinner to kick off the weekend’s festivities. The cake from Sally the Baker was both beautiful and delicious — the perfect sweet ending to a heartfelt meal. Cocktails flowed thanks to Ginseng Mobile Bar, adding a fun and stylish touch to the evening.

As the sun set over the mountains, Rock Bottom Entertainment kept the dance floor packed and the energy high. Thoughtful rentals by Jennifer completed the reception design, while Always on Time Shuttle Service ensured guests traveled to and from the venue with ease.

This June wedding at Nantahala Weddings and Events was the perfect combination of mountain elegance and joyful celebration. It was such an honor to capture a day filled with sunshine, laughter, and unforgettable moments in one of the most beautiful settings Western North Carolina has to offer.
